DAY 14: 22 DAY CHALLENGE

I started the 22-day challenge, complements of Rex Harawa PhD, the bespoke gentleman.
Today I nominate Nicely Msowoya. When I went back to the College God Loved Most for my Kuimba 2, Nicely was also doing his Kuimba 2. His Kuimba 1 had been recorded at Mzuni. He had stories there too! At that time song song Mr Nice had just hit the airwaves and it has stuck with him since. Between ourselves, we also called him Kapoks! Nicely is the perfect friend. A friend you can rely on. A friend who will not let you down. And we shared another passion apart from law; having fun! So we decided that age is just a number. So we sang our Kuimba 2 album as full bloodied University Students! The Comp was always a regular stop over. Parties not to be missed, and if possible organise a few. And Mr Nice would always cook the perfect nsima even in the wee hours of the morning! I recall one day we cooked it with bonya, the whole post graduate hall came over kuzadikiza. But Nicely has another gift. He is an efficient and resourceful organiser. He get things done. All he does is ask what is expected of him and he surprises you. I remember when we organised the Final True Story Party; he was in charge of decoration and he killed it! He simply outdid himself. He smashed it! Walking into the Comp was as if you had walked into another planet. Massive talent. Mr Nice; you are de man! I would have you in my corner any time bro!
The rules are simple:
Once you are nominated, your 22 days start.
Every day you must record yourself doing 22 pushups. Try your best to reach 22. If it means doing assisted push ups on your knees,or stop to take a break, that's cool, but make sure to get them all done, all 22 push ups in one video.
From your Day 1, every day after you do your work-out, you must still nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think need this.
