I started the 22-day challenge, complements of Dr. Rex Harawa, a person I respect and admire.
Today I nominate Arnold Kaswa. Arnold is a magnanimous and benevolent man. Naturally good hearted. A good Christian with a lovely family. He is always taking part on marathons but instead of just doing it for fun or to win, he raises funds for charity. And before each marathon he runs a practice marathon to keep healthy. He gave me a tip about a 30 minute jog. I intend to embark on this journey also although the marathon is way too high a bar for moi. And he has inspired me that maybe I am not to heavy to start swimming lessons!
The rules are simple:
Once you are nominated, your 22 days start.
Every day you record yourself doing 22 pushups. Try your best to reach 22. If it means doing assisted push ups on your knees,or stop to take a break, that's cool, but make sure to get them all done in one video, all 22 push ups.
Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this. We got this!
